JXT has a manufacturing plant with an area of nearly 55,000 square meters. As innovation and quality are inseparable from advanced manufacturing processes, we are constantly improving stamping, injection molding and assembly processes. We have strong manufacturing capabilities for precision stamping, injection molding and assembly in product manufacturing. We use advanced plastic injection molding machines (such as FANUC ROBOSHOT high-speed electric precision molding machine) and metal stamping machines (such as KYORI high-speed precision press). We are constantly creating new processes to meet the challenges of making smaller connectors today. We have developed a number of proprietary manufacturing technologies, including fully automated packaging machines, assembly machines, and AOI inspection setups that independently develop a wide range of products to ensure superior product quality and performance. We are committed to reducing manufacturing costs while investing in increased production capacity. Much of our investment will be used to expand reproduction, focusing on the integration of resources, expertise and processes. Our goal is to achieve economies of scale and higher production capacity while continuing to ensure on-time delivery.
